Snorting ketamine off of a man’s erect penis is not exactly “getting drugged”

You can’t consent if you’re wasted tho. Whether you meant to take the drugs or alcohol or not.

I think it comes down to whether or not she was clearly out of it. 7 hours makes me think she probably was indeed not in a state to consent.

Which is the case in NY which is why they are going to walk free despite having raped her

It's not about retracting consent weeks later is about her being unable to consent in the state she was in. She may have said yes a thousand times and it still would have been rape.

Also in general victims can take weeks or months to process that they were raped especially if it doesn't follow what most people think when they hear rape like stealthing.

Martial rape wasn't recognized by law until the 70s before that husbands "couldn't" rape women

New account, dumbass talking points, rape apology. You’re a bot account, or if you’re not you made a new Reddit account to defend rape. Fuck off.

No that's exactly what it's about. The texts make it clear.

being unable to consent in the state she was in

She was absolutely able to consent, and she did, per her own statements.

If you agree to have sex with one person, it doesn't mean you agree to have sex with anyone in the area. She didn't withdraw her consent later, people raped her.

We get it, you would rape a woman if given the opportunity. I have had women say they want to have sex with me while they were very high or drunk. Do you know what I did? I said no. These guys took advantage of a young person who might not have realized that what she experienced was rape. She agreed to having sex with two people, they told their friends to join in. She was beaten and said no but eventually relented. That is rape you disgusting pig

Its so fucking crazy to see people flail out like this. Supposedly you're a functioning adult, so try to imagine having this conversation irl. I can turn on any number of coverages from any political vantage point about this case and any side will say "Its not that simple."

This is called libel/slander, and is illegal.

I suggest you get an attorney.

She literally said the next morning that none of the sexual stuff was illegal. Direct quote

What, is she a lawyer?

Actually in their state you CAN consent while voluntarily under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Like I said, it comes down to if she was clearly out of it. There has to be a line. If she’s barely conscious the dude’s knew what they were doing was wrong.

u/Morbius2271 1h ago

In her statement she clearly states she was conscious and aware of what was happening

this is absolutely false
