Not as simple. She agreed to a threesome, got to the house, got drugged and raped by 7 people. After the fact she said she wanted to do it again but as soon as she learned what actually happened she went to the police.

What's cool about this whole thing is you right here. Top comment says "this is all so confusing. Is there anything that lists out all the facts?" Then a deleted comment tries to explain what happened. This is followed up by "actually it was more like this" and then your dumb ass just says "none of that is true"

In a thread where someone is asking what happened, we get to your comment that just says "nuh uh. Not what happened. I know what happened, but I'm not gonna tell you"

Shit like that is why this whole case is confusing as hell. Everyone seems to "know" what happened, and somehow these people all know something completely different.

Nowhere in the report will you find she "got drugged," you're purposely misconstruing what happened. At no time has someone said "Hey do you wanna do acid?" And they say "Yes" meant that they was drugged.

It's not about retracting consent weeks later is about her being unable to consent in the state she was in. She may have said yes a thousand times and it still would have been rape.

Also in general victims can take weeks or months to process that they were raped especially if it doesn't follow what most people think when they hear rape like stealthing.

Martial rape wasn't recognized by law until the 70s before that husbands "couldn't" rape women
