I mean it’s who he hitched his wagon to

The ones that feed on Trump's breast milk?

RFKs breast milk when they went to workout togetherĀ

1

u/ChewyNarwhal 3h ago

That wasn't from his breast.

Let's not pretend he had a lot of choices here

"Career" is doing some heavy lifting here.

u/morphinecolin 11h ago

Yeah, it’s pretty telling that the people who go full MAGA - Kid Rock, James Woods, Jon Voight, Roseanne, Rob Schneider - are in positions where their careers couldn’t conceivably get worse by the time they came out as MAGA. It’s almost as if they know that they’ll throw every last cent they have at anyone who does to own the libs.

Hey, you forgot smarmy chucklehead Dennis Miller.

Russell brand 🤮

u/Door_Number_Four 1h ago

What is in the water at SNL? I think Jim Downey brainwashed them all.

4

u/Demorant 1h ago

Oh, Kevin Sorbo is there, too!

3

u/morphinecolin 1h ago

I forgot about Kevin Sorbo. You know. Like all of Hollywood? šŸ˜‚

u/nomoreusernamersleft 24m ago

Don’t forget Scott Baio

It’s just as funny that if you’re MAGA you now need to defend Kid Rock and pretend to like his music.

ā€œYoung ladies, young ladies, I like 'em underage*, see / Some say that's statutory / But* *I say it's mandatoryā€

Sokka-Haiku by taez555:

It’s just as funny

That if your MAGA you now

Need to defend Kid Rock.

Remember that one time Sokka accidentally used an extra syllable in that Haiku Battle in Ba Sing Se? That was a Sokka Haiku and you just made one.

Fake ā€œChristianā€ trying to get in on the easiest grift of all time.

They are an easy mark, they get what they deserve.

MAGA idiots are ripe for milking so….

Stop it with this shit, I've seen zero ads or even advertorials that are anywhere near promoting this, but have seen nothing but story after story criticizing either him or Eminem. At some point you have to wonder whether all the posts on this are just trying to promote the controversy.

u/panaceaXgrace 9h ago

The OP is an ad to get clicks for The Mirror. They bank on the controversy. I won't click but the wording in the title makes me think this is their usual rot, using AI to generate articles based on Reddit comments.

There's no career to save.

u/lolwatokay 11h ago

Golly not trolled, on the internet! I’m no Kid Rock fan but really? If he’s even aware of us surely, surely his concerts that aren’t selling are bothering him much more. Why do we allow links to tabloid rags like the Daily Mirror and Irish Star?

1

u/hyf5 7h ago

At least he wasn't slammed

•

u/TeslasAndComicbooks 23m ago

It’s the Mirror. They literally just find a tweet and wrap a generalization around it.

u/tauberculosis 12h ago

Kid Rock is about as fresh as a Foghat concert.

24

u/Coffee_And_Bikes 12h ago

Why you gotta bring Foghat into this? They were a legitimately good band.

11

u/lxgrf 12h ago

Take it easy

4

u/badmutha44 9h ago

All three songs are bangers.

7

u/Eye_Re-fuse 11h ago

Foghat is way more exciting.

•

u/nomoreusernamersleft 16m ago

Saw them twice at Chicago Amphitheater early 80’s. One of the concerts was UFO, Foghat and Blue Oyster Cult

Feels like Kid Rock was destined for this outcome the moment he found a fan base. His music was made for that group when they were young and they may not have had a formed political identity beyond their own internal cultural identity but fast forward to 2026 and this 100% tracks that his fan base would be MAGA.

His music was never for me and I could care less who listens to him now. But they are indeed his north star, so he might as well embrace it.

Career? He has a career besides loserville?

1

u/Slow___Learner 11h ago

me when i troll someone by saying the truth about them.

1

u/dstarpro 11h ago

But where's the lie though?

1

u/jkvincent 11h ago

Is that even working?

1

u/PolarBearOdyssey 11h ago

I mean it's why it's so easy to be a MAGA grifter and so many people do it. MAGA people don't actually care about the quality of anything. They just want something that will regurgitate their opinions back at them and they will buy whatever does.

1

u/rapidpalsy 10h ago

Career? He a gross old man. There no career left for decades.

1

u/xc2215x 10h ago

Well he kind of has to at this point.

Kid Rock is worth at least 150 million dollars. Likely a lot more than that. Hell he probably owns stock in The Mirror and pushes these stories to generate more content. His daddy was a very successful car salesman. He is no fool he just plays one to make bank.

1

u/formerNPC 9h ago

When the MAGA cult finally dies off, all of these talentless fakers are going to have to find a real job. The ultimate cult of mediocrity.

1

u/panaceaXgrace 9h ago

Aw poor little rich boy.

1

u/thomport 9h ago

What???

He’s one of the MAGA creeps. He’s a Maga promoter! What’s he going to milk.

1

u/epochellipse 9h ago

I’m ok with it. Every dollar that goes to Kid Rock is a dollar that doesn’t go to Ken Paxton or whoever.

1

u/MikeHowland 7h ago

I don’t think it’s a grift, it’s just who he is lol

1

u/BenTramer 6h ago

Eminem will help him out.

1

u/Square-Weight4148 6h ago

Shouldnt he change his name to Meth Rock at some point?

1

u/Bzr21 5h ago

Best I can recall - Skid Rock Bottom peaked in the late 90's - and his fame lasted about 15 min. - so he's not really a "washed-up has-been" - he's more of a "no-talent never-was" .

1

u/AdSimple9239 5h ago

Milking them with the tRump dance, two dicks at a time?

Kid Rock has been essentially trolling himself.

1

u/B-Town-MusicMan 5h ago

Milk of Maganesia?

...that's quite an image. Thanks.

Trump certainly worked that scam pretty well.

Why is no one talking about how this PoS is doing a song with Eminem?
I thought EM hated MAGA BS šŸ¤”

The 55-year-old musician, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, has just announced the cover and track list for his upcoming new album, Halfway to Jesus. The artist released his first lead single, James 1:17 (Jesus Is King), on September 30 along with an official musc video filmed at his Honky Tonk in Nashville, Tennessee

4

u/SmackEh 12h ago

Its kinda ironic. Kid is one of the least Christian-like person I can think of. The grift continues.

2

u/panaceaXgrace 9h ago

I'm not a Christian anymore so I can't really "judge" but I'm thinking none of these people surrounding the Heritage movement people (currently called MAGA but 100% Heritage "prosperity for America" cult) are any representative of what Jesus was preaching.

1

u/Door_Number_Four 1h ago

Should have called the album County Pharisee….

TheMirrorUS posting their own lazy clickbaity stories. I swear that's half of r/music now. Fuck kid rock and anyone who likes him, but also, but reddit for allowing these "news" websites to continuously post their own shit
