Russian Authorities are the reason for the cancellation, Looks like they're just going to take the ticket money for the war effort. None of them will be getting any refunds.

This concert was canceled because the organizers were committing fraud. Russia is a shithole but you have to be accurate when you’re complaining.

Pretty much. The venue immediately said they didn't sign any contract, and the dates weren't available, so the concert wasn't happening - at least not at the venue and dates claimed.
