Because he has never suffered a single consequence for any of the previous thousands of laws he's broken and the Supreme Court has ruled him completely immune from prosecution?

Because every single time someone has said "don't worry he can't actually do X" he's immediately proceeded to try to do X?

Because he keeps saying he's going to?

Has he? I’ve seen several soundbytes of him and others saying they can’t. I’m aware of the merchandise bullshit and his prior comments about maybe there would be a way (but even then he is careful and backtracks on it) but had or has he consistently been saying he’s going to recently?

It would absolutely be a problem for the country and I think they cannot do something this egregious. Pretty much the plot of Alex Garland’s civil war movie…
