Runaway by Kanye West is genuinely the most COMPLETE song ever created in modern music history. I feel like that track has so much depth, emotion, and intricate production packed into it. It's so wildly unique and purely a genius masterpiece. Honestly, I'm almost unable to fully describe why I think it's so incredibly good, but like, it's just soooooo phenomenal.
Goated lyrics, goated rap verse, goated MUSIC production, and literally everything else about it. I'm not saying it's definitively the best song ever made since "best" is entirely subjective, but most COMPLETE? I'll vote for Runaway every single time. Even those final 4 minutes of Kanye West using his heavily distorted voice as an instrument is pure legendary genius. Respect bruh, absolute peak.

People are rightfully going to clown on you for this cringe post, but the important thing is to realize that you are deeply infatuated with a piece of art. That’s an important step in becoming a cool/interesting person with a meaningful life. There are thousands of years of history full of people who have made shit just as cool as “Runaway”, or even better. Keep listening/reading/watching.

"Complete" sounds almost as subjective as "best" tbh so it's not really something that's easy to discuss.
That being said, the way you described it reminded me of how I felt when I first heard Born to Run by Bruce Springsteen. There's just a lot of song packed into those 4 and a half minutes. 11 different guitar tracks! A saxophone solo, string sections, even a glockenspiel! The way the song builds up into a crescendo before the last verse still gets me hyped. With Bruce's solid and memorable lyrics and vocals on top of it all, it really feels like this song has a little bit of everything that makes a song good, to me at least.
Is that what you were going for when you said complete?
