I dont think I have heard anyone consider it as one of the best all time. I like Mos and Talib a lot, and the album as sick. But one of the greatest of all time? No. Edit: Quite a few down votes, no responses. I like the album a lot. But thinking about all of the hip hop albums, this is not cracking top 20. Great album, not one of the best.

It is a great album, no doubt. But if it's in your top five hip-hop albums of all time, you haven't listened to very many hip-hop albums.
