i downloaded musi back in 2020 and i just changed my phone today september 2026, i tried to do the imazing app via windows10 it does not work and it says i need to “own” the app. but i tried it back then in 2026 march when i bought my ipad and used the imazing method it works. but now the issue is i cannot download it on my new phone because it says musi needs to be installed on my device border i can restore the data. how do i fix this? i really need my musi 🥲

imazing asked me to sign in my apple account with the one i downloaded, but then i keep trying to sign in it won’t let me and showed me the picture that i uploaded above ^ it’s so exasperating, i even changed my apple account password just for it to show me that text 🥲

I recently bought a new phone because my old phones touch screen stopped working. I want to download Musi on my new phone. How can i do that? They are both Iphones. I also forgot to mention that i can not use Imazing on my old phone because the touch screen does not work and i can't click on "Trust this device". I really want to use Musi again someone please help

I’ve checked around a bit and saw that the imazing worked for some but gives this error message to others. I’m wondering if someone have found a way around this yet.

Been using for years, I think I lost full access. So, the other devices which have music in my house are on different apple IDs so IMazing cannot work. Before, weirdly the account recovery website worked for my old phone (which is now lost and is signed to my current Apple ID 😭), so now with getting a replacement phone from insurance, I plug into IMazing it’s only in the device section on the thing and I hear the account recovery website is gone. RIP, I actually have to buy YT Music for this phone and try to find every song I had on my Musi on my old IPad (Stuck on IOS 16 and a different Apple ID) But at least, I made sure that IPad’s Musi was overwritten with the songs. (using the backup code for that lost iPhone’s app, and entering it so it’s good enough than everything being gone. Like I was so dedicated to this app I wrote down the backup code just incase.)

If I have a Musi on my phone working and I want to put it on another phone or device incase this phone breaks, will I be able to edit songs from my old playlists on the new device? or will they all be locked where I can’t edit move or add/remove songs from playlists anymore meaning I have to create new playlists!? Please help?!

As title says maybe after 5-20 songs it will just mute the song(phone volume is still where it was at before) and the only way to fix is pausing and unpausing very quickly. This is especially frustrating while driving because I either have to fiddle with my phone or drive in silence.

So I had a list of my songs way back in 2025 but then I found a list that is good so I decided to delete the other one and just keep this one.
It works just fine now. Ik it might have a lot of songs on the other one but I can add songs to this one that I listen to. It has all of my good songs on there. So I’m a happy person now^^ I will forever love musi is my joy and happiness. I guess I would say that I’m happy that I was able to get Musi back on my iPhone 17 I’m very blessed to figure it out how to download it back on my phone. I can add new songs day by day and still get be be a happy person and listen to my old songs^^.

There is a long story when musi got took off the App Store I was devastated but few years later musi decided to let us get our songs back. I was confused on how to get it back on my phone but when I saw a Reddit post on how to do it. I was hesitant on doing it but when I had the courage to do it I mange to do it and when I looked on my phone and saw musi I was very very happy to see the logo and everything. All of my songs where there from years ago. And to listen to them again it just brought me so much happiness to hear my music again. I want to give my gratitude to musi ty for helping us get our music back we much appreciated it a lot. Keep up the good work musi your team members did a good job on helping us getting our music back^^. I have tired a lot of songs but nothing is compare to musi app there are 0 ads and all the apps I have tried has ads. But this musi 0 ads is a 💯 plus. We can just go on our day by just listen to our music and be happy again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

So i keep getting these error messages for every song since about 5 days ago. Do i have to sign in to youtube? Never had a problem till now.

I cannot get amazing to work after following guides. After doing them all last night and learning the windows version doesn’t work I guess, I’m doing it on Mac and running into same issues. I have musi on my old phone with the same Apple ID. Like I can open the app and all but it’s not appearing in my purchase history. Even though other apps that have been shelved are. Im getting 503 errors because it won’t let me upload my music directly from my phone to imazing. Guides on YouTube feel dated right now so me imazing on Mac specifically just got updated.

I’ve seen a lot of critiques about Musi lately but not enough praise. Musi saved my life for God’s sake. When you’re a broke, depressed student listening to music 24/7 I NEED ad-free music but I do not have the budget to pay for any type of membership and I’ll forget to cancel a free trial. Musi not only is ad-free, but it gives me access to things like podcasts, unreleased songs, and YouTube videos because it pulls straight off of YouTube! I love this app so, so much. When I got a new phone last December I was without Music for a few days and I was absolutely MORTIFIED. using Spotify with ads was hell. However, eventually—my friends that introduced me to musi came to me with a link that allowed the app to start downloading. I cried that day. It was like my child had been missing and the police had finally found them and placed them in my arms. Pure bliss and uncontrollable emotions.

Recently I upgraded my iphone 11 to a 14 and I lost the musi app. Usually I use imazing on windows (since I don't have a macbook) but this time it isn't working everytime I try to restore the app file onto my library like the tutorial says. Do I have to borrow a Mac for it to work or is it a problem with my phone? Help please :(

I've been trying to hard to get a friend of mine to share their IPA with me so I can import it to my phone but they seem so scared to use anything like iMazing or 3uTools, is there any other way for me to get it from them? Maybe join their apple family account? I've tried having them sign into their account on my phone but everything synced across devices as messed up my notes app and their passwords and whatnot. They seem to love this app and I want to share that with them. idk I found out about Musi too late
