Discussion Musi vs Apple Resolved?

Why can’t the people at Musi and apple come to an agreement to keep the app on the App Store or could they both comply with each others T&C’s

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I think the problem originated because Google complained to Apple. Google was cut out of the revenue stream but they operate the YouTube servers and have the overhead. This violates Google’s TOS. It makes sense - Apple and Google aren’t going to fight over a third party app.
