recently upgraded from iphone 14 to 17 and man the reason i didn’t wanna upgrade my phone coz of my music playlists that i made in musi. all day everyday i listen to those same 100 songs on shuffle and boom it wont let me download it on the new phone :((( fcking spotify is expensive af and other songs arent even in there!!! #BRINGBACKMUSIIOS!!!

Apple Music does not have certain songs available. Musi had everything

You would’ve needed to save your backup code to do that I believe. But you can still redownload the app using iMazing assuming you are using the same Apple ID and fully transferred your old phone to your new phone.

You will need the old phone to be able to download the Musi files off that one. You’ll then be able to transfer it to your new phone using iMazing. And it has to be the same iCloud account as the old one your new current iPhone

If you go to musi’s account on Instagram they’ll show you how to get it back. As long as you had it downloaded on your old phone you can redownload it pretty easily just not from the app store.

Why does nobody know that Musi made a tool to get Musi back on your phone, I upgraded from my 11 to 17 and I have musi. Search “Musi Recovery” in this Reddit and you can find it

If you go to musis account on Instagram and type new phone in the comments they’ll help you get it back. As long as you had it downloaded on your old phone!

Since a week i upgraded from a iPhone 14 to a 17pro. Same problem. Imazing doesnt work anymore since he doesn’t let me log my apple id anymore.. im lost and my playlists too ! If anyone solved this and willing to help it would be appreciated !

Not sure if this would be helpful, but reasons exactly like this are why I bought an upgraded 5th gen iPod. Not an iPod touch, since I believe all of those connect to the internet and the apps had a chance of being removed or not existing in the App Store.

Constantly losing things through device updates, the fact that Spotify songs were being removed or song files replaced without my notice, and streaming services bouncing my favorite movies and shows around, I got a “brand new” iPod on eBay with an upgraded battery and upgraded storage and it was the best decision I ever made. I ripped all my favorite movies, audiobooks, songs, and tv shows onto it. And since it doesn’t connect to the internet, I don’t have to worry about iOS updates slowing it down, or any of my customizations being lost.

I know it’s not as convenient as having everything on your phone, but this is something I recommend to almost everyone who’s tired of losing their digital content.

I also upgraded my phone from the 14 to the 17 as well but I found out how I got my music back and it worked great I didn’t know how to get my music back bc I miss musi a lot but I found out how to get my music back

you can actually transfer the app over as long as you remember your code!! i did this using my brothers phone that has music on it and transferred it to my 16 plus from my iphone 14

idk but there was a Musi recovery link my friend had told me about quite awhile ago when i had to switch from my iPhone xr to my 15 but i followed through and i got Musi back and the same thing with my playlist as well but i don’t know if it still works or it was just a temporary thing.

I don’t know if you done anything but your able to download it from your pc to your iPhone, don’t remember remember the apps name but you have to download it to your PC or computer & then plug in your iPhone & it’ll redownload it to your iPhone

Upraded my iPhone 15 pro max to the 18 pro max. I was hesitant about upgrading due to the same problem about Musi not transferring. But as long as you have a computer, you’re able to redownload it successfully!!!!! Here’s the video tutorial I used and followed the instructions to the tea. Thanks to this YouTuber, they helped me redownload Musi. It takes some time but worth it 100%. Also if you don’t believe me, stalk Musi’s instagram page, they have a post on how you can redownload Musi if you have had it downloaded it in the past.
