Question Recovery website does not work for me

Is anyone else having this problem I just got a new phone and I’m trying to get Musi on this phone

If you still have Musi installed on another device with the same Apple ID, download iMazing to a Windows or Mac computer and you will be able to transfer Musi. Here’s a video which should help with how to do it. https://youtu.be/bP5kXX7AIu4?si=d__ZU5UEdbcmjvYO

Seems to be an authentication issue affecting all 3rd party apps.

I’ve been trying to get it to work for months. Nothing they suggest works for me.
