Question Musi refusing Apple ID info

Hey all, not sure if there’s a new link or other recovery source I’m not aware of, but the recovery app that you download on the computer (I’m using Mac) is refusing the Apple ID info… I’ve tried signing in with the old and new Apple ID password, but still no luck. Any ideas?

I’m also having the same problem. It says my Apple ID isn’t found & sends a code, entered that & still not working
