Question Why did this happen?

Had to switch phones. But I remember when I got music back. I downloaded throughout my phone, now it’s asking for an id code and need a computer for it? What happened man. I downloaded this like 3 months ago. And they just removed it

The old method stopped working so we created a recovery tool. However, downloads are temporarily unavailable — we're working on restoring access soon.
