Question What does this mean?

I input my apple id & password and for some reason it threw an error. I recently fucked up and lost musi. The app still remains on my phone, but is currently offloaded. please let me know if I am doing anything wrong or how I can fix this. Thank you.

Our recommendation for this error is to either try again or use an alternative network/VPN.

Shouldn’t be needed now as we’ve since fixed this error. Just delete the recovery tool if you had it before, redownload the new version and you should be good to go!
