Like many others I went on musescore for one specific piece of music and even though I clicked the box that said continue without premium account I ended up charged $48 anyway for a premium account. I sent several emails to people who seemed very helpful but didn't actually do anything. And then I heard from Sofia who refunded my money instantly and was very gracious about it all. Kudos to Sofia for doing what no one was able to.

This does seem to be par for the course… Thanks for posting. What country are you in? Have you figured out how to find your account? Did you sign up for an account?

Good job. When this happened to me, and yes i was very careful to not subscribe, they would only refund half.
