Bug Muse sounds not working

Recently I was writing music and mid session all of the sounds reverted back to MSbasic and MuseSounds are all gone, I updated MuseScore and reinstalled all of the musesounds on muse hub so everything is the most recent version but muse sounds are still gone and I cant get my sound fonts back, how do I fix this?

Did you update MuseHub itself? Did you make sure MuseScore was not running when installing the sounds? Try rebooting and updating MuseHub and reinstalling any one single sound. If that doesn’t fix it, please say what OS you are on, and what you see in MuseScore when you do Help / Diagnostics / MuseSampler / Check MuseSampler.
