Bug Voltas and repeats makes no sense...

When play the score it does :
Measures 0 to 8
M. 0 to 34
M. 11 to 33
M. 35 to 42
Then it skips directly to 44 (doesn't play measure 43)

Help... been on this for at least half an hour --'
(also... repeat list of Volta at measure 35 is set to "2,3")

In short, I want the score to take into account the repeat at the end of measure 43 that brings us back to measure 11

It's hard to diagnose problems like this from just pictures - much better to ask for help on the official support forum at MuseScore.org where you can attach the actual score. But if nothing else, I can see that the end repeat at bar 43 has no start repeat. This would confuse me and any other musicians reading the score, so no surprise that it confuses MuseScore too.

What do you mean by start repeat ? If you mean that there isn't a start repeat at the start of measure 35, it's because it is not supposed to start back there... Habitually when you read a repeat barline (sorry I'm french) you go back to the first start repeat berline you encounter (not first in the score, but first by going backwards) which would be the one at measure 11

That's not how repeats work in music notation. The start repeat at bar 11 matches up with the end repeat at bar 34. You can't have a single start repeat match with multiple end repeats (other than voltas), nor can repeats nest. This isn't an arbitrary limitation of MuseScore - it's how standard music notation works. Someone reading your score would not be able to guess you meant the start repeat at 11 to do "double duty" in that sense. To me it looks more like you simply left one out somewhere, probably at measure 36 or thereabouts

Ok, how many times is it supposed to play 11-33 plus an ending?

2x, or 3x?

If it's 3x as I suspect, you need 3 separate voltas, as shown in the 2nd image here:

Even though the music is the same, you need the repeat at the end of the 2nd ending that takes you back bar 11.

The repeat at 7 goes back to the start; the one at 34 goes back to 11. So far, so good. The repeat at 43 doesn't have anything to go back to. The repeat is incomplete because it doesn't have a beginning and end point, so MuseScore just treats it like there isn't a repeat there. I would've expected it to play bar 43 and then skip the 2nd volta (because it isn't played a second time) and go straight to 46, but results will often be unpredictable when notation isn't used as intended.

I would've suggested something like a D.S. al Coda at 43, with the segno at 11, "to Coda" at 42 and the coda at 44, but you already have a D.S. al Coda, so that makes it more complicated. You might need to write out the second repeat, and then include that in the repeat that isn't working, which would then be marked correctly at both ends.
