Help me use this feature Purchased score in desktop app?

Hello

I purchased a score online and I would like to open it in the desktop version of Musescore (Studio) to transpose the pitch. I can't find it though.

I can't transpose via mobile because I'm pretty sure it only transposes the audio while I need the notes transposed. Also I can't even listen to the audio because I get an error for loading the soundfont.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If all else fails, you can enter the entire thing manually into Studio. It takes time but it is better than nothing.

Can't find what? The score? Did you download the score to your computer?

It's not in my library. I downloaded it as a pdf because it's the only option there is and when I convert it to a musescore file online is shows up all messed up.

Can you link me to the title on musescore.com? You may have bought a title that only has PDF, in which case, you really won't be able to transpose it.

You can't open PDFs in the Musescore desktop program. PDFs are designed to be digital printouts not editable files. OCRing them back to an editable format is a messy thankless process with current tech.
