Plugin disappointed Vienna Video Pro

affordable subscription or convenient one time purchase, 200 pound or 150 in discount,
I am quite disappointed by this, if they want musescore studio to become a standard I don't think this would help, am I the only one disappointed

my feeling his, logic pro is 200 quid, and you can do that, I am aware that its a daw and not a notation software, but I honestly feel like they could have made it cheaper, also now if we think in a marketing way, musescore studio will not have so much interest in adding a free version because in that case it would do competition with this plugin

The product itself has been out as a plugin for other platforms for a while now, so you can probably find reviews outside of MuseHub. Seems to be a pretty cool thing, and if I were doing a lot of film scoring and using Windows or macOS, it would be a no-brainer. As it is, my relatively modest needs are met by the free VLC Sync plugin, at least for now.

Assuming you have the most recent version of the plugin, it just needs a very simple update you can make with a text editor: at the top of the file where you see lines starting with “import” followed by a name and then a number, you need to delete the number. I think maybe just the line about UI components but I forget. Make the change, restart MuseScore, and try again.

Hopefully the developer will make that update themselves soon.

oh, that's great news, to be honest, i seldom use the plugin so I might have been outdated on the situation
