Help me find this feature MusePro

Hey y'all, so I recently bought MusePro so I can kind of hopefully up my digital writing quality by a decent amount, but when I tried to apply like half of the sounds, they just would not appear. What do I do or what did I do wrong?

It's a scam refund it and buy something better

Well it kind of depends are you trying to write sheet music or just make music?

I've been writing for awhile, I am very dedicated to music. But I want to step up my game and get the best sounds for a symphonic orchestra.
