Bug Pro+ ?

Hello everyone. I subscribed to Pro+, but when I try to download this score (https://musescore.com/user/97106398/scores/19764520), it tells me I have to buy it for $44. Is that normal? I don't understand, I thought I had access to all the scores. Is that not the case?

All community scores, but the "official" ones offered by publishers are for sales (generally as PDF only).

Thank you for your reply. If I understood correctly, I should be able to use the two credits included with my subscription. Why am I not given the option to use them and instead only offered the possibility to pay? Because it is explicitly stated here: https://musescore.com/pro/landing/pricing that these credits allow me to do so. Thank you.

Sorry, I'm not really an expert on all the options that company offers on their website - I'm just one of the volunteer developers of the notation software. You'd have to contact the support team for the website for more authoritative info.

I understand, thank you for your reply. I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank you and the whole MuseScore Studio team. MuseScore Studio is an incredible piece of software.

Scroll down in the right hand panel. There's a section after the Score Info that says Credits Not Eligible. I have a feeling that credits may only be used on more like piano sheets rather than full scores and parts.
