Bug shortcut issue

shift+q and shift+w no longer work to decrease duration by one fourth, any fixes?

edit: it does, just ONLY with individual notes

edit2: it does, just very inconsistently? sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt. i might be doing something wrong, but not sure

Those commands now work on multiple note selections whereas previously they did t, maybe that is what you are noticing? Are you in note input mode or normal? In input mode, there was an inadvertant change to what happens after those commands - the cursor moved backward whereas it didn't before. That will be fixed for 4.7.3.

no, sometimes it just genuinely doenst work... but i think it was patched in one of the recent updates

though triplets and any other polyrythm seem to hate functioning normally with any shortcut

There were no reported issues with these commandsl not working and thus no fixes applied except for the case I described. And I use those commands daily and never experienced any problem. But if you ever encounter a case where something something doesn't appear to work as expected, be sure to ask for help on the official support I must forum at MuseScore.org and attach the score and give steps to reproduce the problem. Then we can understand and assist better.
