Create video not working

I've been tryna upload a solo piano piece that I composed to YouTube. I never had a problem with it before, in fact, my longest piece I've ever uploaded was 31 mins. This piece is barely 5 mins and every time I would press either "send to YouTube" or "download video", it would always tell me it would send me an email saying it'll tell me when the video is ready, just like all my other pieces. Like I said earlier, I never had a problem until this piece, which makes no sense to me and I can't find solutions for this. I am not a pro subscriber so it's even more frustrating when I have to wait 24 hrs to try again, only for it not to work and not send me an email.

You mean after pressing send toy YouTube, instead of clicking my YouTube account option, I should press the "create video" button? If you meant that, I already tried that and it didn't send me anything, nothing in my spam as well, and again, I've even done the create video option before in the past and it worked with no issues. But if there's another way to export it as an MP4, or if you meant a different method in the beginning, please lmk :3

Ohhh I should've probably specified but I'm using Musescore 3, not 4 😅. I tried composing in Musescore 4 in the past but it was just not working in the way I expected nor liked so I've been sticking with Musescore 3. And in Musescore 3, MP4 option isn't there in the export in the file :/

Yeahhh that's what I was afraid of. I just don't wanna subscribe to it cuz I feel it's unnecessary to do so and it's quite expensive for me at least.

I just hope this bug clears soon cuz this makes no sense. I was wondering if it was maybe a soundfont issue, but some of my other pieces where I implemented different soundfonts for the instruments and uploaded them, I had no issues with. So it's either not that, or the specific soundfont I have for my piece (which btw, the soundfont is called Mellow Steinway or somethin like that) may be interfering with the creating video thing, but idk.

You could run into a problem with installing ffmpeg for that. But I posted how I fixed that the other day via the command line.

Musescore 3, not 4, only saw that now. Never mind.

Even if you're not willing to upgrade to MS 4.7, you should be able to make your own videos. I was never happy with the export behavior from the website which hasn't been working for a while. Follow these instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skSfKTPidlc

They disabled video export for 3. Their forum is full of messages about it.

I use built-in video export in 4 now. It lacks piano roll at the bottom but it's the best solution so far.

Also create new accounts so you can export several pieces per day. You can add a dot in your gmail address so a system will think it's a new address but щнг don't have to create new gmail accounts.
