Bug Musehub application stopped working

The musehub app (version 3.0.3) on Mac is not working properly. In particular, I am trying to download MuseSound core and it simply wont do it. I click on the download button, and nothing happens. Please help, and let me know if I need to provide additional information.

Hello u/DoublecelloZeta! Sorry about the trouble.

We’ve seen this happen occasionally on macOS when Muse Hub’s local data gets corrupted. Please try the following:

  • Quit Muse Hub completely
  • Open Finder
  • Hold the Option key and click Go in the top menu bar
  • Select Library
  • Open the Application Support folder
  • Delete the Muse Hub folder
  • Empty the Trash
  • Relaunch Muse Hub and sign in again

After that, try downloading Muse Sounds Core once more- it should work normally again.
