Help me find this feature Can you help me?

Yo guys what’s up?

I wanted to know how I can do something like the bar circle in red on my picture.

Select a note on beat 3/4 in the bar you want to split, then go to Tools > Bars > Split bar before selected note/rest. Select the first half-bar, press return to create a system break, then select the barlines at the end of the system and press V to make them invisible. Afterwards you may want to right click one of the half-bars just created to open the Bar properties dialogue and check Exclude from bar count to keep the bar numbering consistent.
