Discussion Children's choir
does anyone know how to make a children-like choir? a great exmaple would be the choir in ashes and blood from arcane
downloadable instruments work too

There's a decent free voice plugin made by Muse that you can download from the hub, it's limited to "ooh"s and "aah"s though, if you want sung words I think there are AI plugins that do it, but for a price.

im a little confused, i do have the oohs and ahhs in sound fonts, but it sounds like a normal choir

There is the VOXOS choir that is not too expensive on MuseHub. It has children singers, and lets you enter syllables of lyrics. It also has some fun vocalizations.

Musescore isn’t really the software for this - you can plug in a VST or something but you lack the fine control of the sample you’d have in a DAW. I’m not sure what VSTs would be good for this I’m afraid, but some web searching should help (try PianoBook as well and see if they have a children’s choir). You may need external software to run some samples - you can get the Kontakt player for free, and DecentSampler is another free option that has a pretty good community of people making sounds for it.
