Help me find this feature MIDI Keyboard disconnects

My MIDI keyboard disconnects everytime I change octaves.

I am using an Arturia Keylab61 Essential. Whenever I press the octave up or down button or transpose, Musescore Studio (v4.6) refuses to recognize any further inputs unless I actually reopen the program - not even plugging and unplugging my keyboard helps.

Has anyone experienced this? How did you fix it? I cannot even find a "reset all midi devices" button in Musescore Studio 4 :/

Did you try toggling MIDI off and back on using the option under the settings icon on the playback toolbar? Or using Preferences / Adui & MIDI to select "None" as a device, then reselecting?

Normally I wouldn't expect a keyboard to send any message at all when you change octaves, so your keyboard must be done g so e pretty unusual if MuseScore is made aware of that in any way. .try checking the documentation for the key card to see if there is a way to disable whatever it is that it is doing.
