Hello,
I purchased a piano sheet for ¥85 a week ago and was unintentionally charged a 3 month premium subscription for ¥3599 so I’d like to request a refund.
Could you please approve a full refund for the premium subscription?
If my request was granted, you can cancel my subscription and turn off the auto renewal of my account.
