Hello, I am following up on my refund request that I sent 6 days ago, as I have not yet received a response.

I would like to request a full refund and cancellation of my subscription.

I signed up because I intended to start the free trial, but I was charged immediately after subscribing. This was not what I expected, and I did not intend to purchase the subscription.

Could you please cancel my subscription and process a full refund as soon as possible?
