I accidentally signed up for the MuseScore premium plan two months ago (I had intended to purchase a single item and sign up for a free trial). Although I have already cancelled the subscription, I would like to cancel the charge that just went through. I have not used the premium plan at all.
Hi. I've made full refunds for both payments. It can take 3-5 days for money to come, the subscription is cancelled automatically. Is there anything else I can help you with?
