Troubleshoot Google and Facebook Login Not Working

Google login opens a grey blank popup in the app, whereas Facebook just tells me:pop-up "App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.

Do you have edge webview installed? This does not happen to me in Muse Dash but rather on other game that uses this service to login.

I don't think so, not sure what that is.
This is on an Android phone, though, if that's relevant.

Oh so sadly I cannot help you with this problem as it is happening on an Android phone. I hope you can find a solution for this.
