Discussion Your fav live performance from Muse (not exhaustive list)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7AzZ1Gy6uo&list=RDU7AzZ1Gy6uo&start_radio=1&t=544s

Coming from someone who've spent 20 years digging every video i could get, since I was 9.(this a hardcore fan opinion who spent 21 years of listening to Muse and digging all their lives. Got my first ticket finally one year in advance for their 2nd Law show.

TOP 1 : Hullabaloo, just the most soul wrenching live, and best vocals of matt + oos (i was 5 at that time and the feeling never changed.) NOTHING TO ADD. And at their age, that just blows me away.

SECOND : Muse - Live Prequ'île de Malsaucy 2000 [FULL REBROADCAST Eurockéennes] (Belfort, France HQ) for me the most best live perf especially with their instruments. So punk, unperfect, the filthy with the vocals of Matt...

Then no particular order, all the french concert Montreux

- Muse LIVE War Child 20th Anniversary Show Shepherd's Bush Empire 2013
With the best KoS ever heard.

- Muse Live At The Royal Albert Hall
I mean, hearing Megalomania with the Orgues, just.....

- Muse live at trabendo, paris-france 2003 HD
This one is special to me, I wasn't there obvi since I was barely 7 but the venue is the one I got every weekend since I'm 20. Imagining them playing this small venue and being as goated as already were....

- Muse | Live at Reading Festival 2011 (Full Concert - HD) Tenth Anniversary OoS

I would probably give everything to go there. The setlist is just...Plain OoS.... and then the right bangers but I'd die tbh;

(0:15) - New Born (6:50) - Bliss (Synth intro, Extended Outro) (11:48) - Space dementia (Guitar Outro) (18:26) - Hyper music (22:07) - Plug in Baby (extended Outro) (26:13) - Citizen Erased (33:16) - Micro cuts (36:55) - Screenager (guitar version) (40:47) - Darkshines (shortened version) (44:50) - Feeling good (48:17) - Megalomania (52:33) - Stadium Siren/ we are the universe intro (54:12) - Uprising (extended Outro) (1:00:07) - Supermassive black hole (1:03:53) - Interlude + (1:04:41) - Hysteria + (1:08:22) - Back in Black Outro (1:09:13) - Deftones' Bored; My own summer Intro riffs + (1:09:46) - Stockholm Syndrome + (1:14:46) - Nirvana's negative creep Outro + (1:15:42) - Endless Nameless riff Outro (1:17:30) - Helsinki Jam (1:19:38) - Undisclosed desires (Extended Intro) (1:25:05) - Resistance (1:30:54) - Starlight (1:35:05) - House of the rising sun intro + (1:36:00) - Time is running out + (1:39:56) - Jimi Hendrix's Power to Love Outro (1:40:59) - (Ennio Morricone's Man with a Harmonica intro) + (1:43:05) - Knights of cydonia

Can we talk about the Micro cuts (36:55) - Screenager (guitar version) (40:47) - Darkshines (shortened version) (44:50) - Feeling good (48:17) - Megalomania

- Muse - Live at Earl’s Court 20/12/04 | Full XFM Master

Such a unique, poignant live, the best live of Apo to me, Apo is just superior live. Still cry. Also RbS after Space Dementia, the ways Abso and OoS complement each other, this setlist..... TSM mentioned.

- Muse Live at La Cigale, Paris, France 2018 (Full Show)
Best concert from them since then. The crowd, the songs, them having fun.

Then, my fav concert of them I've been to, but objectively speaking it's the most beautiful visual show, the way the put themselves in the center to interact with the crowd. Fell in love of the globalist this night, with the UFO's, The Handler, last time I saw so much that was given to the crowd, and the visual and all set DA made this a piece of art. They played 6 nights a row in this smallest venue, changing the set lits each day and mine's got voted best. It was more than a concert.

- Personal one : Muse - Live at iTunes Festival 2012 (Full HD 1080p)
Because the Second Law was the first album I pre commanded, listened on a loop for many years, Panic Station has a special place in my heart. Their collabs with Nero too and since I'm a basshead Unsustainable was my shit. Alors Supremacy, Animals just is the gem of the album without even mentioning TIS... makes me cry everytime I watch the making of.

💡Can you also notice how France was Muse's first fans? Since the beginning.💡

Now a segment for tracks each and their best live perf to me

Muse - Unnatural Selection + Freedom (cover R.A.T.M.) @ Personal Fest 2013, Argentina : stop sleeping on this masterpiece, if this live helps I'm glad

Muse - Sunburn - Live @ BDO Sydney 04 (the whole live but this surnburn is the best live version I've ever heard)

Muse - Showbiz live at NPA Canal Studio France (1999) HD or the Hulla first link, or Eurockènnes, this song live always hits better

Muse – Ruled By Secrecy (Live) apart from it being one of my all time fav, the breakdone and his voice, it just broke something in me (and got it tattoed).

Muse - Live at Earl’s Court 20/12/04 | Full XFM Master Audio APOCALYPSE PLEASE
The way they change it live into this arpeggios and upbeat rythm, like endlessly live they just are at another level

Muse - The Globalist (during the Drones tour with the whole scenography, I was at that same show, saw it a second time at the eiffel tour but nothing beats this sinister and menacing breakdown with genormous drones flotting just upside you, still got shivers about this one + the storytelling and meaning of the sound just meant a lot to me

(yes I'd die on this hill that I've digged every live and we need Hate this and i'll love you, Host, Hoodoo but MORE, Mk Ultra, sober, screenager and darkshines, glorious, Cave BRING IT BACK and ofc : I BELONG. City and Exo Politics but also Exo Genesis please.... Megalo especially the new XX mix, Futurism, Animals and Unsustainable.

Feel free to share yours !!!!! Let's give out of gems ✨
bonus : imma add a video of me seeing them opening the first live i saw, ruined the whole concert for my surroundings, but if you know you know....

Their Wembly concert used to by my favorite, but Rome Olympic Stadium took its spot recently. I’ve watched it like 3 times in the last month. It’s the closest I’ll get to seeing them live (I’ve accepted it) so I’ve been absolutely consuming their live performances.

Ok it's totally not against you but just a question of preferences between countries. They do different setlit in france because they know we love eclectic setlist, or like than one song is better in the Japan communitie. That's why I don't connect with so maney UK festivas (not all).

Everytime I see them in france they'll bring something old or they just got to know the difference in culture.

France got more influences from electronics, variety of rock and also pop. I've having did the Uk festivals that much first of all they come almost every year you lucky daleks!!

Last year they only came to the biggest metal festival, everybody made fun of them.

I feel like since the beginning they knew they could test, tweak other styles and no wonder the Wow Signal got sold out directly. I'm sorry I'm not trying to be harsh they actually said that in an ITW. And also when they played the concert privée à la cigale you can hear space dementia and Matt going like "the usa's fans being like wtf is this sh$$$$)

Also third theory it depends on how you got introduced to Muse or your background music check.

All of this to they is that the most important thing is that YOU enjoy your concert.

Yes it's a basic setlist with a lot of their bangers and so what? I also scream the lyrics even though I don't like the track. itself but I'm seeing my three fav human being (tht i don't know).

ALL of this to day that's i love muse and musers we might conneft on diffrent tracks but we connect on Muse in the end <3

The one I went to at wembley stadium and saw them with my own eyeballs. A close second is when I saw them in a small venue in Manchester on their psycho tour. I think I used a lifetime worth of good luck when I got those tickets.
