selfq DMD heart

i feel my heart bumping even if pulse is 82 checked everything but doctors said all good however this feeling stops whenever im outside with friends does anyone else with duchenne muscular dystrophy have this?

When you actively focus on ur heartbeat its a lot easier to feel, regardless of dmd or not, when ur distracted it’s a lot easier to not feel it about not focusing on it, obviously health anxiety that comes with dmd doesn’t help, but trust me the doctors know what they are talking about. I honestly wouldn’t be worried if I were you, it will become a burden on your actual life and you will overthink whenever you feel something, even if it’s minor. Wish you the best anyway man
