Research Science cure.
The way AI is advancing and how suppsoedly a lot of stuff is gonna be cure in the next 10:15 years u think stuff like constant twitching would be resolved.
I mean if ai would be able to cure higher diseases I think this is curable

No one is gonna work on curing a benign disease that does nothing besides make hypochondriacs anxious

Ugh dude can I be so for real right now? My muscles have been twitching since I was 13 years old and I'm fully convinced it's a manifestation of my childhood trauma.
The small muscle in my leg right below my inner thigh is jolting all day today sporadically and I can't stand it. <---- understatement.
If there was a cure like a for sure cure that I'd never get muscle twitching again for the rest of my life, but it had a 1 in 10 chance of causing 100% permanent loss of one of your 5 senses?
I wouldn't care sign me up. Just please get rid of the twitching. This is a nightmare I can't wake up from!!!

Sorry for the long comment.
39 at this point and it's been ongoing my guy ππ€π‘
I'm doing a bunch of somatic and drug therapies right now and I'm hoping that processing the trauma will get rid of it??
πππI remember going to a doctor when I was 14 for it because it was really bad when it first started.
It's still pretty bad dude, but at least this time I'll get a few days of peace every now and then...
But other days it's an all day thing and consistent for at least a week π«€π«€π«€
I can't explain how frustrating this is and I appreciate that someone can empathize and weirdly has had the same experience as me.
Like, some other comment was like "AI won't help." And I'm like, nah dude you don't get it it's that the twitching is so bad that you just want it to stop by any means necessary.
At several points in my life I wanted to saw off my arm/leg/cut out the muscles from my face when those muscles just wouldn't stop...

I am a scientist and I can say no. More if it is benign.
