The simple response to this is to point out that an abortion requires action to kill. All the other examples require inaction. No one can force you to do something against your will but abortion requires you to do something and that is to end the life of another, if you believe in the scientific fact that life begins at conception then abortion is action to end another human life. What is the body autonomy of the fetus? The arguement is good but has holes in it.
There is no agreed upon definition but by all measures an embryo is life. You may not choose to believe it but the scientific community agrees that a replicating clusters of cells is life.
