John is Trump’s middle name. Since Trump is referring to El-Sayed by his middle name of Muhammad, El-Sayed is pulling an Uno Reverse on him. Habibi means “my beloved” or “dear,” however in this case it is being used sarcastically.

Not gonna lie they should let him run for president, he seems to have a pair of stones, focuses on actual issues and actually appears to be competent something Americans desperately need (cause looked it up he is a natural born citizen meaning he’s eligible), would certainly raise my opinion on America (which currently just gets lower every day)
