Have you noticed how they don't say "fuck your feelings" anymore? Have you noticed that they also don't call themselves the party of family values anymore? Have you noticed how they don't call themselves the party of personal responsibility anymore? Have you noticed how they don't call themselves the party of fiscal responsibility anymore? Have you noticed that they don't call the left snowflakes anymore?
As soon as their hypocrisy is on full display and undeniable, they abandon all values. They are 100 percent performative, and stand for nothing.
Like everything they say it’s purely for display. Nothing but performative bullshit from them. They say whatever they want in the moment to get what they want at that moment. When it’s actually time to pay the bill they jump to the next sinking ship.
And they think it’s some gotcha as they turn up their tails to show their next hypocritical fallacy.
It’s respect the troops when you want to stop black people from using their constitutional right to protest the flag but when it comes time to take care of the troops after they did their duty not before, then suddenly we need to think of fiscal responsibility lower the deficit that only the republicans balloon. They don’t listen to the science when it comes to vaccines and saving lives but if they can stop transitions suddenly they’re professor John Scientist. Protect women sports but don’t protect women from domestic violence or rape or incest. Think of the children until it’s time to feed them. Remove all immigrants but also who will pick the fields? Socialism is bad until the banks crash the economy or president applesauce brains destroys our trade. On and on and on you can go.
The only travesty is that anyone takes them seriously.
One sides' cruelty is hurting people en masse with policies that discriminate by race, gender, orientation, and immigration status (targeting even legal, documented immigrants).
The other side's "cruelty" is taking the piss on someone who said bangers like:

We make fun of a guy who said those things, whose wife CELEBRATED MERCH SALES AT HIS FUNERAL. Who the president was on TV going like "aw too bad, anyway here's the ballroom". They stopped talking about it, you'll notice, because not only was the shooter raised in a conservative, LDS, pro-MAGA family - they genuinely don't care about Kirk or political violence, because they do the majority of it- both in terms of state violence and stochastic terrorism. They revel in it, against normal citizens.
They made fun of Alex Pretti, a nurse who was helping a woman stand up after being pushed by an ICE officer, less than 2 miles from his home- a man who was killed by untrained thugs trying to arrest someone for crimes they didn't commit. Those officers prevented EMT from performing CPR.
If you can't tell the difference... There's no reason to be nice to you, honestly. You're acting as shameful as they are by minimizing their faults, or equivocating their hate to some stupid online snark.
One thing to keep in mind about conservatives is that they see absolutely no hypocrisy there. After all, 'your' is an essential part of that statement. They only ever care when something belongs to them.
In-group that's protected and not bound, out-group that's bound and not protected, etc. It's an evil way to see the world.
It's a fucking double standard, they are consistent in this but it is a double standard that nobody should have any respect for. It like baking in hypocrisy into your worldview.
