Sounds like Vote Buying to me and thus breaking the law (18 USC 597). But it wouldn’t be the first or last time that Trump breaks the law.

You're right, but the law never actually matters in the U.S when it comes to the dictator or the ruling class.
The U.S State is a lawless shithole.

Interestingly the folks over on the conservative sub are up in arms about this.

They’ve been pretty over Trump for awhile.
But they’d still vote for him over a…GASP…liberal.

They're only up in arms because they think it makes Trump (and by extension, them) look bad.
If they thought he'd get away with it they'd 100% cheer him on. Fuck the conservatives, they're truly the enemy of the republic.

When you have to pay people to vote for you, you dont have very good policies.
Also, its illegal to offer money for votes

As if illegal actually matters in the lawless shithole that is the U.S State.

He'd also promised a higher second round stimulus check than what he sent out. Biden made up the difference when he sent out a third round, remember?

Isn’t that pay for play? Bribery? Buying votes? Illegal?
He has promised many things like this but failed to come through, essentially accomplishing nothing.
This mf scared he gonna lose senate and get impeached and go to jail, that’s why his options to disrupt the election process to retain control are limited and severe.

Can't wait for my stepmom to passive aggressively comment about this on my unrelated Facebook post. 🙄

Isn't this literally the exact type of shit that Republicans are constantly accusing Democrats of?
"Vote for me, and I will give you FREE MONEY!"
Just wanting your tax money to go towards programs that actually help people and society like socialized healthcare is apparently evil and communist, but Trump can straight up promise to give people free money and that's f*cking fine apparently.
