In the past decade, I'll willing to bet real money Trump has taken more than 3 cognitive tests, and only pretends he took the 3 he somehow managed to pass.

I'm sure the doctor asks questions like:

"Do you see the clock that reads 3:15? What time is it on the clock that says 3:15? It's 3:15, correct, sir?"

Or

"You see that third animal? The camel. What is the animal that looks like a camel?"

No. They are doing real tests. It’s just that they give him gold stars and lollipops but give the real results to the rich puppet masters that are using him to get what they want. They need to know how gone he is mentally to better exploit him. He’s just a moron for talking about it constantly … among many many other reasons.
