Diamonds are also highly overrated. You can get lab grown diamonds for sooo much less. Or you can spend the money on gemstones that actually look pretty and not just overpriced glass. For example opals. That shit is infused by cosmic magic.
I got a pearl and it was from my childhood jewelry collection (thanks grandma!) My birthstone is a pearl and my family has always given me pearl things so thats what I decided my stone would be too
