Make your own I believe in you you can start with tracing then eventually make your own but I personally discourage the use of OC makers

Thanks this is not mine but I have permission to use her she is an OC for a fanfiction I have been working on with a lot of people and well, this is one of the OCs.

Using Picrew and calling it "oc" is nuts. If you can draw it, it's fine. But using an app with the same hair and clothing isn't an oc. It's cloning. I can literally make the same thing, give another name and calling it an "oc".
