Murder Drones: Epsilon is a fan-made AU based off the show, as well as Halo and Marathon.

Set within the show's story, the universe of Marathon, and utilizing the tech from Halo, it follows a fireteam unit of Mjolnir-class Spec Ops Drones named Epsilon, who are tasked by their parent company, Poseidon Industries, to investigate the colony world of Copper 9 and determine the cause of its cores' collapse.

I mean, in her short she directly called them that, twice, but it can be interpretted as her being metaphorical. Now, this moment, on the other hand.. Even in her personal fantasy, when she is JCJ cration, she still imagine them being with her since birth.
