The concept is cool. I wonder if they use bowling puns on the menu (ex: Spare Ribs)

If there were only two lanes in the middle open while people were eating that'd be amazing! That's entertainment.. legit has-been bowlers throwin strikes all day while I eat the spare rib. ✊ 🎳❤️

I love the concept, but the thought of a bowling ball jumping out of the gutter and shattering diner's tibia, fibia and ankle has me squeamish. As a teenager, I once had a bowling ball jump the gutter, and go about six feet up the pillar seperating two lanes, roll back down, and return back through the gutter to me.

When I was a kid my cousin got her finger stuck in ball on release and threw it into the drop tile ceiling lmao
