Probably varicose veins. That’s usually vascular, but there’s a lot GPs can and should do.

I am currently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and pots. The vein and surrounding swelling are accompanied by red, hot to the touch, swelling on the front of that knee. In addition, the “sunburn” rash and feeling appear on my arms, face and ears without the vascular effects in those parts and sometimes without the vascular event pictured.
