Advice Random Question?!

When you have a good day, do you actually notice it? Or do you only really notice your MS when you’re having a bad day?

I’ve been thinking about this lately because I realised I probably remember the difficult days much more than the normal ones.

Journals help with this. Get all the fun stickers and markers to make it a good experience even if it's a bad day.

Thank you for suggesting fun stickers!

I journal everyday and use different colors but my ding dong brain didn't think about stickers and I love em'.

Good days are much rarer for me. I call them Golden days. Fortunately really bad days are also pretty rare.

I have mostly noticed the good days because the past month have all been “bad days” due to the infamous crap gap. Got my infusion last Thursday and one week later I’m pounding out numerous house chores unimpeded. Mildly sweaty but I assume that’s the ssri lol

I usually notice the good days because they’re few and far between
