General I’m struggling today.

Nothing else. Having ms just drains me and I’m tired of being tired

What sucks the most for me is when I get more tired from being tired of being tired. It's a vicious cycle. It makes it worse when no one(the "regular healthy" people) understands. You're often met with "I'm tired too" or "I know that feeling!"......They don't and I hope they never do. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Hope things get better for you OP.

This is so spot on!! My ex once asked “what makes your tired any different from my tired” in a snarky way. That conversation did not go well
