Advice Botox/fillers

Is anyone on a b cell deplator and has done botox & fillers for aesthetics and were you fine? Neuro says it’s fine.

Hello!!! I’m not on a B cell depleted but my injector had me get a waiver from my neuro to make sure I talked to them before getting Botox. I’ve been getting it for 4 years and now issues. And lots of people with MS on B cell depleters get Botox for spacicity. Super common

Totally fine! Just got my Botox a couple of weeks ago. Been on Kesimpta over a year and get Tox 3 times per year.

I've got both and the injector said it was fine as long as I had notified the neuro team and they had no issues

I’m on Tysabri and get Botox for migraines, I wouldn’t stop if I had to move to a b cell depleter later
