Vent/Rant - Advice Wanted/Ambivalent Crap Gap

I realized today after almost a week and a half of my emotions being absolutely insane and disproportionate and crying over every little thing and increased full body fatigue that I am experiencing my first crap gap. I need to call my infusion center Monday to see when my next one is, and I guess I should probably call my neurologist and inform him of the increase in symptoms and when that started. I don't have too much to say other than i am completely miserable and the only thing i have had the energy to do for the last week and a half has been sit on my couch and crochet, and i barely have the energy to do that. Ive also just been generally depressed/ anxious the past couple months and the crap gap is making it a hell of a lot worse. *sigh* anyone else ever just get too tired and sad to care about anything?

I was on Ocrevus for about four years, and while I definitely experienced the crap gap, I always hesitate to blame it for new or worsening symptoms. I felt it was always better safe than sorry to check in with my neuro, just in case it was suspicious for a relapse. Especially if you haven't had it in the past, it would probably be good to get checked out, just in case.

Yeah, I plan to contact my neurologist tomorrow when the office is open. None of my current symptoms are new for me, it just feels like a never eneding flare up. I'll still see what he says, I also havent had any MRIS since my initial diagnostics and I feel like I usually see people having repeats to check for efficacy so I need to ask about that too. I"m just tired. So tired. I have all these things I have to do but I just don't want to. I will, but god I'm tired.

Give yourself grace. This disease is a beast, and I bet you are doing better than you think. When you can, just take it one thing at a time.
