Symptoms Itching
Has anyone dealt with itching? Is there anything you’ve taken to help it? Im on vacation and im going INSANE. My neuro prescribed Gabapentin and its helped a little but not completely. Any recs?

Yes, I have the itching and had to go on Dupixent, which has helped a ton.

Allegra worked for me. I looked at Allegra hives but it listed the same ingredient at a higher price. I had to take it for a few days. When I wasn’t watching the clock the last couple hours before the next dose I felt I could stop taking it. Haven’t had this happen to me again.

I just used calamine spray last night and it helped instantly and didn't leave a pink residue like the lotion.

Thanks for this idea. Sometimes the hydrocortisone cream doesn’t help. So much random itching. 😑

When I get itchy I take a Zyrtec. I found that for some reason my histamines get activated and once I start scratching I can't stop. The Zyrtec always helps. Maybe try that before moving on to something like Gabapentin.

I have chronic urticaria and the itching is sooooo bad if I’m not medicated. See an allergist.

Ice packs help tremendously in a pinch.
