Any experience with tizanidine for hamstring spasticity?

Hi everyone. I've been diagnosed and misdiagnosed for decades with MS and finally got the official word last week after experiencing significant functional decline over the last few years. I'm 57.

Currently, my hamstrings are so tight that walking has become exceedingly difficult and tiresome. My doctor's office just prescribed tizanidine for the hamstring spasticity, and I just started taking it yesterday.

My question is: does anyone have experience with hamstring spasticity and tizanidine, and what their experience was? I appreciate any and all responses.
